Hello.  I placed an order for a card with unlimited data.. I have received an email saying that I can activate it.  i need the card number though.  my sim is sent by post or via mail because it is an eSIM?

Its a normal plastic SIM, you have to wait for the letter 🤷🏻‍♂️😉

in both cases you’ll have to wait for the letter, to either receive the physical card that you can insert into your smartphone or for the QR-Code that you’ll use to activate the eSIM-Profile. Please, keep us updated when you have received the letter from us.

I went to an o2 store and they served me from there. It’s ok now
