I called to your customer service, and the person who was to take care of my call, regardless of having understood every word in English I used, I know because I can't speak German very well but I do understand most and I could understand his answers until he decided to talk very fast and with a stronger accent, he decided he was not going to do a single effort to help me. And just decided to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional.
Right after I was taken care by another agent who was very nice and it was a very short call and all got solved smoothly.
