Contract cancellation

Hello, 

I am leaving germany and moving to another country outside Europe, and my contarct was renewed automatically without my concern the last 15 days. I do not know what could I do to cancel my contract. 

Someone could help me please, 

I do not speak german and is complicated to get in touch with someone that speaks english!

Ill appreciate if you can help me!

O2 needs following documents: 

  • a registration certificate of your present place of residence 
  • a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord) 
  • and your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months (the exact amount of the fee will be notified in a separate letter).

o2 will then charge you said basic fee for 3 months in advance, and your contract will be cancelled by the next possible date. Please keep in mind that you will get one final bill after your contract has been terminated.

I have a current O2 prepaid connection sim which I want to transfer the same number to another provider package. How can I do it, terminate the current obligation with o2 and transfer the same number there?
