Change tariff: help


Change tariff: from Unlimited Max to Smart

Please,

I need to change the tariff from Max to Smart, in the shops it seems impossible to get help.

Unlimited Max it´s not a good service since I always have connection problems, so I don´t want to pay a lot for a bad quality service.

And also in the client section they don't make it so friendly  for customer to navigate the options.

 

Please help!

You already have a tariff with unlimited data volume and an Exclusive Advantage of €30. This discount is without a term, so it would stay if you don't change your tariff. 
If you renew your contract or change your tariff, we can no longer offer the current discount and it would become more expensive. 

My colleague Andrea has already made the best possible offer here. More is currently not possible here.
If you contact us again shortly before the end of the regular term, we will be happy to look for an offer again and maybe we can offer something else.

If tariff is older than 24 Month it should not a problem or if there is a flex in name.

If not you have to wait until the 24 month are passed.

Hello @cb2023 ,

we can check if it’s possible to change your contract, but depending on a few factors that might not be possible. So it might also be a good idea to see why you are having an issue with your connection. Have you already checked what the LiveCheck is showing at your address? You can also report an issue there yourself.

Hi @o2_Sven could you please check if I can go from Unlimited Max to Unlimited Smart please?

I am tired of checking if there’s a problem in my place, the connection is broken and slow everywhere!

Dear @cb2023 ,

I can send you an offer, but then you will have less performance, because the tariff offers less speed at a higher price, which actually makes no sense. You would pay one euro more per month than currently.
I'll send you the offer once anyway.
If you want to accept the offer here, you can do that directly via the link in the landing page. Only if you confirm it there, the order will be executed for you, otherwise the order will be deleted automatically after 8 days.

I don’t like the offer because of price reasons, I thought I could swtich to Unlimited Smart as new customer for monatlich 21,49 € instead of 42,99 €.

Why is this not the case?

You are not a new customer if you are just changing the exsiting contract and in any case the price of 21,49 is a special price for taking out a second, i.e. an additional contract.

@bs0 I really didn’t understand what you mean, are you trying to get me into 2 contracts? Why?

No. You asked why you can’t get the contract for 21.49 and I gave you the reason. To get that discounted price you would have to take out a second contract.

Well @o2_Andrea @o2_Maria this doesn’t sound like a good offer to me.

What can I do then to improve my internet connection with my current plan?
