I received a second SIM multicard in the mail today (for my tablet), but I cannot activate it. I tried in the portal, and nothing happens after I keep “activate now”, and it just requested for me to try activating it again. I tried both in the MeinO2 app and through a browser and it didn’t work. Is it possible to activate it some other way? I do not speak enough German to contact the hotline.

I am sorry to hear that the activation of your SIM card did not work as planned. Unfortunately we had some issues that also affected the SIM activation process. As of now you should either be able to activate the SIM card or it maybe already is activated? :-)
