The cancellation period only applies to contracts concluded online or over the phone. The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to shop contracts.

I'll stick to English here so that we all understand.
The question is: "You can't cancel a mobile phone contract with an o2 my Handy instalment payment in the o2 shop?”.
And that's right, there is the case that MyHandy contracts are revocable for a device price of more than 200 euros as well as contracts that were concluded in a bundle with a device. Absolutely correct.

I thought too briefly and only thought of individual contracts, which was most often the case with me from experience. Of course, that does not apply here. Accordingly, thank you for asking again @tearsbeforecrying
