cancel my prepaid mobile plan

Hi,

I have  o2 my prepaid M for two months (ending 3 Oct 2020) and decided to not use it anymore. I should have 8 eruo balance in my  account by the end of last 28 days (3 Oct 2020). I thought this is not enough for another 28 days of  O2 my prepaid M, so the service will stop it self.

Surprising, O2 is charging me  Surf day flat voice since 3 Oct 2020. Can you help me to stop this service? I definitely don't want to get in negative, since that is the whole reason to choose prepaid.

I can’t stop the Surf-Dayflat-Voice because it is a security pack if you use a smartphone. These are always -on -devices which connect to the internet automatically if you don’t block the access. I can arrange a barring of mobile data or will you do it by yourself in the settings?

Hello, thanks for your reply. I notice the funds ran out in my account and the billing finally stopped. I am glad this is a prepaid program. PJP

I also have a prepaid SIM card with monthly automatic debit that would like to cancel (stopping debits from my account).

how do I do that?

Hello @Cancel Prepaid card ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You can cancel your Prepaid card by sending in a normal cancellation or you could not charge the account itself, at that point the card would get deactivated automatically after a while without any usage.
