can not access Mein O2 using O2 Home L tarif


Hello,
I'm a newbie in the city. 
I've ordered a sim with O2 Home L tarif for my home, I've got it, and I am successfully using it.
Also, I've already received all welcome messages, but I still cannot log in to mein O2.
The system cannot recognize my existing email, but emails are delivering to this email.
I created this account in an attempt to find any help.
I want to link in this email my O2 Home L account for possibilities to manage my data, sim, etc.
Could anybody help me with it?

welcome to our o2 community 😊

In order to log in at “Mein o2” you first have to register your contract here.

It is either a mobile My home, then you choose “Ich bin Homespot Kunde”, or a landline My Home (DSL or cable), then you choose “Ich bin DSL- oder Kabel-Kunde”.

Next you enter your landline number, with the area code, without spaces or slashes. In the next step you can assign a password. You log in with the landline number and the password only.

Giulia, thanks a lot for the speedy answer!
I tried it several times before and twice after your answer - and now it is working and I have an access. 

Could u also help me with related question about existing mobilefunknummer? is it possible to order additional sim with already mine nummer for using it on another home device? or how I can use this mobilfunknummer?
