I have O2 sim card from last 30 months, after extending my previous contract. Now i regret why i did that since the Speed of internet on many places including my office and home is really bad. I moved to Hamburg 9 months ago and every month i need to buy prepaid sim to get internet. I wish, I could get rid of this contract to move to Telekom or Vodaphone, Lebara since their network is better than O2 in Hamburg at least.

Have you already check the address of your office and home in the Live-Check? If no issues are being shown for those addresses, then you can immediately report that there are connections issues at those places and subsequently get direkt feedback.

I already checked network on my house and office place, and it says Sehr Gut but its not even Good to be honest. I cant have WhatsApp call or YouTube browsing
