Hello, I have ordered a product received two emails with the second asking for a payment which was done instantly. Since then no other email has been received. Trying to contact anyone via phone, chat or WhatsApp has not worked all give an error. Is there somewhere I can see if there is a problem or what is going on with my order? The order doesn’t appear on my account either.
