A question about the change of tariff?

Hello,

Currently, I am on Free L Flex (monthly). I would like to switch to Free M Flex (monthly). As I noticed my current plan ends on April 7th, when will the new plan starts if I request it today? How will I be charged for the duration between today and April 7th?

Hi @monkeycharlie,

 

welcome to our community. We can request the new tariff directly to April 7th 2020 or for tomorrow. Up to the date of change you pay the amount of the old tariff and afterwards the new one. The basic fee is always charged retroactively.
