I assume that you have only logged in with your community login, probably not with your DSL contract data.
If you haven’t already done so, please register for your DSL here: Mein o2 - Registrierung als DSL Kunde The easiest way to do this is when you are connected to your DSL connection at home via LAN or Wifi.
In the next step you enter your landline number. You can find the landline number on your order confirmation that you received by email.
Now all you have to do is set a user name (e.g. your landline number or any word) and a password and you're done. The password must have a length of 8 to 30 characters and consist of at least 4 different characters. The following special characters are allowed:! # $ * + -? _
If you want to register from another connection, you will also need your four-digit personal customer identification number.
Then you can log in as normal and call up all your contract data and your invoice as well.
