I am unable to login in mobile application. Please help!

I want to switch into Kabel connection.

I want to cancel my O2 DSL Contract from web login because I am unable to login via mobiel in O2 application. Please help!

I am facing same issue and I posted about this issue seperately 

I tried with my email address, reference number and username but issue still remain. My password is correct 100% Please help. Thanks!

In this case we have a better overview. 

You cannot login via Mein o2 App ? 

How about the login via Browser, does this work for you?

In browser I can access but in mobile applicaion showing error (-1)
