I spoke twice to the customer care (in October and in November) about this and I was told that it would take a couple of weeks to make the change but nothing happened. Apparently this is a common occurrence.
So here goes: I would like to switch from my Office M to my Home XL since I am no more a freelancer and I need the speed.
I have a FRITZ!Box 7590.
