Hi, so a couple of days ago I did a new contract at an o2 center to change my WiFi, i have a 1000mbps Vodafone and it lags too much as well of random interruptions throughout the day, so I went to a o2 center and did another 1000mbps contract but with o2.
Turns out he accidentally did the 100mbps instead but he told me it can be changed later to 1000 keeping the same router and everything, but i noticed I’m paying full price for it, like, he did the contract as if I’m a new customer, while in my o2 app prices are much cheaper.
Is there anyway i can just change it on my own before it arrives? Or even after it arrives, but with the offers I have?
I tried on the app but it makes a new contract, and on the email I received to check the “vertragstatus” of the WiFi, it just redirects me to “o2 hilfe”
