My internet stops working randomly and won’t work for a whole day and sometimes two before working again. I’ve already reached out to customer support twice about it.
The first time I used the “O2 my service app”. It created a ticket whose resolution after about 10 days was “unfortunately we couldn’t find the problem”.
The second time I called the English department directly. All the guy did was transfer me to a technician that only spoke German. I seriously don’t understand why o2 has an English department that doesn’t even ask questions or gives instructions to solve problems like this. The technician was very sweet, but due to language limitations all she did was ask a few questions about the lights on the router and then said she was going to create a ticket so my issue was investigated further. She said I’d receive instructions in my email for how to solve the issue when it occurs, based on their investigation of my issue. That was on april 22nd (10 days ago) and I am yet to receive said email.
My internet is not working yet again today and I’m growing increasingly annoyed at this company. This happens at least once a week and I always turn on/off the router in hopes that will fix the issues but it never does.
How can I get someone in the company to actually care and have my issue resolved? Or is there any guide I can follow to try and resolve my issue? Having my service not work in the middle of an online lecture or randomly getting disconnected in an afternoon I’ve decided to dedicate to work is extremely inconvenient and it makes me waste time. I need to know what’s going on with my service.
