LTE internet ordered - Order number doesn’t workS


Hello there, 

Last Wednesday I placed an order for a Homespot and the associated SIM card & plan to go with it. I wanted to check the status of the order but the Auftragsnummer that was sent in the email doesn’t work? According to the website it is too short. I wanted to check as it’s quite a long time to be waiting for an update?
