I have a big problem with my internet, I have a O2 homespot Lte router and it have been a 2 weeks now since the internet doesn’t work at all only 1 hour a day and it is so bad connexion, I went to the O2 shop from where I got my contract internet and they didn’t do anything to help, I’m really disappointed since I’m paying for something I don’t have, it is a waste of time and money, I want to cancel my contract and I will never use O2 again
