how to order a WLAN from O2

Hi 

I have ordered O2 my home internet service and the Router for internet connection. After my payment, I got an email confirmation with contract saying that I will receive another email for my O2 log in soon. However, I did not get that email. I only got a phone call in the other day. Unfortunately, I cannot speak German. I can only understand the lady on the phone asked me something about my order detail and home address. After that, around one month ago, I received a email and text saying that my order is currently in step one. Until now, there is no further progression. I do not receive any messages from O2, and I have not received my router. I want to ask how can I get my internet service as soon as possible

I am sorry to hear there are delays with your DSL connection. 

If you did no hear anything from us for such a long time I strongly recommend to get in touch with our customer service. It is possible that there are issues that prevent us from activating a DSL connection at the desired address.

We also offer an english speaking customer service via phone.
