I was leaving Germany and did not fully pay the installment bill. I want to resolve the matter, but I'm being asked to contact the O2 finance department. I do not speak German. I don't want to have problems with the company. How can I contact to resolve the issue?
I can't contact via whatsapp, it gives me an error.

You can contact the financial department by phone, that would be the 089 78 7979 456 or you can also try the chat, if WhatsApp isn’t working for you.

As you have left Germany, did you terminate the contract that you’ve had over here?

Hi, I need help. I tried to contact the financial department of O2 but they speak only German. The issue is that I have a payment plan with a debt collection company. However, O2 still debited the money from my account for the iPhone contract even though it got terminated. How can I stop this? Could you please help? now I am paying the iPhone price twice!
