Termination of O2 for delayed payment

My contract got canceled due to late payments. However, since the collection agency contacted me and we set a payment plan. My question is why am still receiving an invoice on my email regarding the phone contract that got terminated? since now I have to pay to the collection agency.

Hello @USER_ast,

do you have any other contracts with us? Please check whether the customer number on the invoice matches the customer number of the terminated contract.
