I have submitted a O2 order for o2 Home XXL 1000 Flex order on December 29th, 2024 and I haven't received the router for activating my connection even though the shipment is done.
is there any tracking number or a way that I can check where is the router?

oh dear, that's not so nice. Unfortunately, we don't have any information in advance about how the cabling is laid out in your house.
Do you want to switch to a DSL (landline) connection?
Then please contact our English speaking support on 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays)
The cable connection would have to be cancelled then as well. Please ask our support to do this as well.
For a return of the router please use our online router return portal. Here you can also print out a return label or download a mobile parcel label as a QR code. Returns are sent by DHL and are free of charge.
If you order DSL, it would take again around three weeks until activation.
