Dear O2 team,
Last November I got a new contract from Vodafone. I sent anbieterwechseln formular twice to Vodafone which they forwarded it to o2 and both the times O2 declined it. The reason was that the details provided was false, while as far as I know the details given was all correct. Due to this, I am still getting billed by o2 as well. Kindly request your help in this matter!
