I need help. I would like to change owner of my internet contract.
I'm sharing flat with my friend. I leave Germany, going to live abroad.
My roommate stay here in DE and she want to take over my contract with o2 to take internet connection.
From my name to her name and bak details.
All the links for the form I'm supposed to fill and send via post don't seem to work.
Could you send me the current link for the form and explain the process to follow?

Unfortunately, no contract owner changes can be carried out at the moment. A solution is being worked on with the highest priority. Alternatively, we can offer you to initially only change the bank details. Please use this form for this purpose: Änderung der Bankverbindung
