Yesterday I contracted o2 my Home XL, and the problem comes when I write down my mobile number.
As I am from Spain, my number is a spanish number and when I wrote it the page jus added the German prefix and I can’t change it now.
Also, when I was filling all the information in the type of dwelling I missclick and I said it was a house, but I am in a flat, in a building and I don’t know how to change it too. I can’t even cancel the order so I would you to help me as soon as possible please.
I tried to call to the supporting team but it was impossible, nobody answer or employees were german.
