Switch from my Office M to my Home XL


Hello,

I spoke twice to the customer care (in October and in November) about this and I was told that it would take a couple of weeks to make the change but nothing happened. Apparently this is a common occurrence.

So here goes: I would like to switch from my Office M to my Home XL since I am no more a freelancer and I need the speed.

I have a FRITZ!Box 7590.

@matfior If a change is technically possible, you will be informed by email with the changeover date.  Unfortunately, you did not receive an email.
Have you checked your adress for 250 Mbit over SVDSL? Have you press on the i after the check for the technology?

yes, no email at all.

I have checked, max speed is 200 Mbit which is fine.

We will be happy to change your plan to o2 My Home XL. Do you have a contract with a minimum duration or is it a Flex-contract?

Dear @matfior ,

as a self-employed person, you can only switch to an o2 My Office XL, if you want to switch to an o2 My Home XL, we would have to change your customer type from self-employed to private customer, but then you may lose special conditions for self-employed customers that are not available in the private customer segment. If you don't use them anyway, this is not a problem. Would you like to get an offer for an o2 My Office XL or should we change you to a private customer and make you an offer for an o2 My Home XL?

I changed the customer type for you and sent you the offer for the o2 My Home XL by email.
If you would like to accept the offer, please confirm the offer on the landing page that I sent you by email, you can look at it very carefully and then confirm it. Only when you have confirmed it there, the order will be executed for you. After 8 days, the order will be automatically deleted if you do not accept it.
