DSL 6431 light green, Info light red and have not internet connection

Dear administrator,

 

Today my DSL can't connect internet, DSL light is on but internet light and info light no singles.  I try many times and finally I reset it. Now the DSL light is green, but info light is red. I try to configure the interface, but https://

I have reset the router 5 times, allways same problem.
