Hi Team, I ordered cable router because I assumed I have the right socket for this, but found out that I have only TV output and no multimedia. Do you know what can be done in this case? My internet is already activated, but I can’t connect cable router. What can be done in this case?

These sockets are rather unusual these days. Great that
Your cable connection box is not suitable, I would also recommend having it replaced by a technician.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer supprot tomorrow on the above telephone number and explain that you cannot use the connection like this. They will send out a technician to you then.
