- I went to o2 app to recharge credit.
- Above the o2 app was a yellow warning box saying the refreshing doesn't work, try later.
- I thought not any serious problem would happen, and just recharged credit 15 euro because I needed to keep my mobile plan.
- But the credit 15 euro was not recharged.
- However, automatically a message arrived saying that we will receive money by SEPA.
(me: 😸 What !! I didn't receive my credit !!)
24.07.2023 Mon
- I thought it should be alright, maybe on Monday I will receive my credit.
- But when I saw my credit it was still not recharged.
- So I had no choice but again recharge 30 euro, just in case.
Conclusion
- My credit should be in total : 45 euro
- However, the credit in my o2 app : about 30 euro
- = 15 euro credit is missing.
❗️ Therefore I require for canceling SEPA for 15 euro(22.07.2023).
Does o2 really think that using yellow box will be enough to make customers not try recharging credit?
Then how should we do when we really need to recharge credit within a day?
I think at least the automatic SEPA issuing shouldn't operate.
