I apply for canceling my DSL homecontract more than 1 month ago but I didnt get any response. I already move any I dont have any connect with my previous flat anymore. I doont know what should I do and I do not the process either. so far I just fill the document for cancelation you supposed to reach me as your mentioned their e-mail. Please contact me and let me know about the process. Because I will bloke the SEPA payment service soon.

I could take a look at your contract, the colleagues from our special department received your cancellation and could set the cancellation for October 2025. To check your apllication for earlier cancellation they would need a copy of the registration document for your new address.
