Hi there, my jbl xtreme 3 won't charge. I got it last year in November. When i went to O2 office to report they told me that they are not in charge, and i should contact Samsung. I did it an of course they told me that they are not in charge. I called today o2 english speaking support and the guy said it was gift and they are not responsible for it. So for the future the "giftc could be damaged and who cares. Any guidance. Thanks
