Freischaltung probleme

Dear O2 people,

 

For the last 10 days I have tried to contact you via hot line, but after 5 calls all of wich were longer than 30 minutes and no answer I have to give up. plus, do you know how hard it is to reach even the musik part of your calls, because if you are not a natural german the automatic sytem does not recognise the numbers you are saying.

 

Anyway, tommorow is the date my freischaltung is supposed to happen, but I still havent recieved the equipment for it, and since I need internet for my work and that was the reason i ordered it 4 weeks in advance you can understand that I am a bit frustrated with you.

 

I was supposed to get the equipment at the last place I lived at but after 3 weeks it still didnt come(even though everything else I ordered online came in a matter of days), and I had to leave so I changed my receiving address a couple of days before my move so that you could send my stuff there. Of course I wasnt sure if I have to also call you and tell you that my receiveing address has changed so I tried that...as I said in the beggining..with no luck. Now I know that the guy who will come tomorrow to install it will also have no idea what to do, so I am using this forum as my last resort.

 

PLEASE! Contact me via e-mail, or just acknowledge this message and send the stuff at the right address already so I can get my connection in a reasonable time(which was long,long ago -.-' )
