my Home internet suddenly stops working since this morning (Since then the Power/Cable light in the router is blinking continuously, WLAN is constantly switched on). I reached out to technical team for support and we reset my Fritzbox to factory settings. I have a Home internet Cable connection and using rented Fritzbox 6660.
Initially I have the case number generated from O2 my Service app and support team is using it for further processing - 9536825.
Unfortunately, all manipulations didn't help, i still have no internet. Other people in the house (even with o2 routers) have no issues. My router was working well all two years without any problem.
Can anyone from the O2 department reach support team and ask them to analyze connection or electronics?
