orders are automatically moved to “Abgeschlossen” by the system that doesn’t have any bearing on your order. The important part is what status it is listed with. Whether that is “Rückstand”, “Vorbestellung” or maybe “In Bearbeitung”.

@Ibropet124 For you as well, the question is what is the status of your order showing when you check it online.

Hello, i ordered Iphone 15 pro Titan Natur, in 25.10.2023 but after 9 days my status its still Pre-Order. How long its for shipped 2/3 Weeks or More

"Pre-ordering/Vorbestellung" means waiting for goods to arrive from Apple and once the shipment arrives and is processed, it is shipped to each customer.

You can expect a delivery as soon as it jumps from Pre-Order/Vorbestellung to In Process/In Bearbeitung and you get access to the LC (Logistics Center).

Of course, it is also important when you pre-ordered, because the delivery times in the store and at Apple itself refer to when you order "Now".

@Laurent1 you mean 25.09.2023 not 25.10.2023 because thats in 21 day.😅

Can you please leave the full quotes, if you want to reply to someone it is enough to use the @. Usually only a specific sentence is quoted and not the complete post.

How long did it take between your order and the receiving date? I have ordered on 02.10 and today I saw that my order is moved to closed but it’s still in preorder. Also I received an email from O2 saying that the delivery is delayed by the manufacturer.
