how to receive iphone 14 pro max

most of the time the phone will be send by DHL as a parcel.

Some times O2 choose another parcel service.

i have ordered an iphone 14  before 8 days and it says in the first day that they send me an email you will receive a second email shortly 

including the tracking number but till now I haven't received anything and im still waiting … is it normally the second email delay or not 

and how I receive the phone by mail or i wait for a call ?

i have ordered an iphone 14 pro max 256gb before 10 days and still waiting for a second email 

i have ordered it under the name MHOAMED Aljawher 

and i see lot's of ppl say that they ordered it before 2 days and got the confirmation email ……

Should I return to cancel the order and order a new one or what ?

Do you have received the mail after your last post?
(Un-)fortunately there are many orders for apple products so there is a waiting time. This has although influence to the order process.
