DSL connection not working

Hello, the technician came today, after that I set up the wifi In the router, but I don’t seem to be able to access the internet connection either directly on the pc through Ethernet or through the router, in the DSL entry.

I have installed the O2 My Service Suite and it gave me such Diagnose-Code: 15203103

 

I am using a Tp-Link TL-WR1043ND 300Mbps router which I read supports DSL.

 

What should I do?

I tried the login information I got in my contract (username and password) to set up a broadband connection and also nothing.

Please apologize my late reply, unfortunately we can’t answer all requests immedeately.

Have you found a solution to your issue meanwhile? Altough I don’t know the technical details of your router, I suppose that it could be one without a DSL modem, so you probably need to find another router.
