Physical sim not working after esim request

I applied for an esim few hours ago to use on the same mobile phone. After the order my physical sim stopped working and now I am unable to receive a sms code for the installation of the esim on my number. Right now the esim is not activated or installed but also the physical sim is not working.

Oh normally this should not be happening.

In this case you can choose that you cannot receive a sms. 

Then a letter with the QR-Code for the eSIM will be send to you via post.

Alternatively you can visit a o2 Shop for the activation of your eSIM.
