How to change from private number to normal

My number is displaying as private number when I'm calling to other, but I haven't configured it. Can you tell me how to get rid this private number status?

Enter #31# and press the dial key.

Now your phone number should be displayed.

        Hello

        I have the same problem (when calling from home, analog telephone connected to the router, DSL contract). When calling, the recevier doesn't see my number (it appears as private), since I changed to 02 a couple of weeks ago. 

        Any hints? (I tried #31# but didn't make any change)
