New offer for my auto extended contract


Hello,

 

My contract has been extended for 1 year and my monthly bill is too high now. Can I switch to a new monthly contract, like 9.99 per month. I can not talk using help number because I do not know German :-(

I am a long time member, so please give me some offer.

@MeAsh i think the best way for you extend your contract is over this community with an o2 moderator. Can you write what tariff you have in the moment, how many Gigabyte high speed internet you need and with or without new mobile you want an offer.

 Please write here before how many highspeed internet you need. And a new mobile isn’t needed in the offer? Only discount for the monthly bill?

I am an o2 customer for a long time. The name of my package is o2 Free S(2017)
I use to pay €15+ per month, my term for this package completed last month. But I forgot to cancel it so it is extended for 1 year. Now I have to pay €20 for this package.

This package is for 1GB data only, so it is too much for me.
I want to change to a new o2 Free S(2019) for another 2 years with 1GB data.
Is it possible to get it with €9.99 as mentioned in the website?

In order to proceed, it’s best to write a private message to our@o2_VVL account (VVL as in “Vertragsverlängerung” = contract renewal) in which you basically state exactly what you wrote in your last comment. :relaxed:

So as @Joe Doe suggested: the amount of data volume you need, whether you’re eligible for a “Junge-Leute-Vorteil” (if you’re under the age of 28 or a student) and whether you’d like a new mobile phone along with it (and if so, which one).

One of my colleagues will get back to you via private message and offer you the best contract regarding the specifications you mentioned.

If you agree to the offer, we will then initiate all necessary steps to change and/or renew your contract (which usually takes place within the following 24-48 hours), you also have a right of revocation for 14 days.
