I received an email of this that & might O2 have canceled my order. Can someone help me how to do it again.

What should I do to get the order?

About the  account specified  to now we have your IPHONE 12 PRO MAX 128GB order  insufficient credit information  before. We can therefore only process your order if you provide us with additional information and help us with the  account check for a new credit rating.

This is how the account check works
The account check is carried out by SCHUFA-CheckNow, a free offer from SCHUFA Holding AG. With the help of the BaFin-licensed finAPI GmbH, you grant SCHUFA Holding AG a one-time look at the account information of your bank account specified in the  order . 

Very important:  Without this check we would unfortunately have to reject your order. You can easily check your account online: 
  1. Click on "Check your account" below
  2. This will take you to the O2 website, where you will find further details and comprehensive information on the subject 
  3. You can then start the SCHUFA-CheckNow service yourself at any time
  4. The account verification only takes a few minutes and allows us to recheck your order
  5. If the rating is positive, you will receive a confirmation of your order  by email within  1-3working days
Note on data protection:
Your data is safe at all times: Your account is only viewed by BaFin-licensed finAPI GmbH - a subsidiary of SCHUFA Holding AG. The processing of your data takes place at SCHUFA Holding AG. As part of the completion of the account check, we transfer a systemic process identification number to SCHUFA Holding AG so that we can assign the process to your order. 

Good to know:  O2 only receives the results of the analysis from SCHUFA Holding AG, but at no time receives information about your account information such as bookings or account balances.

The account check for your O2 order must be carried out  within the next 7 days  , otherwise we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
