How to send "certificate of matriculation abroad"?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to cancel the contract immediately in case I am losing money for nothing. I ask the relavent information about that. According to the feedback, I can provide the certificate of matriculation abroad so that the process could be accomplished. However, I am currently in the U.S. Could you please tell me if it would be possible for me to send the document in eletrical form (via E-mail)?
