Is it possible to cancel PreOrder phone with new contract?
I didnt realise that I ordered (preorder) new phone with new contract instead extend my previous phone contract. Is it possible to cancel new contract?

We only cancel the new contract after prolonging your old contract. Therefore, I just have sent an offer to you for the tariff “o2 Free M”.
