Hi,
I have ordered an IPhone 14 Pro and an AirPods back in the begining of July, which was apparently cancelled by. But since then, I haven’t yet received the initial payment that was deducted from my account.
When I wrote about the subject before, the answer I got was that my money would be returned within 14 days, but sometimes this period could take 3-8 weeks. And they have officially been holding 235 euros for more than one month.
I needed it urgently when I wanted to order a new phone a month ago. However, at the moment, I neither have a new phone nor a very useful money when buying a new phone. It is a very bad impression for such a big company and this situation definitely needs to be reported.
I just want to know, when I get my money back?
