Hi, I currently live in Indonesia. I don't stay in Germany anymore since September 2019, since then I've canceled the contract and don't use my O2 sim card anymore.  But today I still receive emails that I am in arrears.  I don't understand how I should end this matter.

There are different types of cancellation request. If you sent a timely termination your contract would be stopped by the end of the 24 month period. Up to this date the monthly fees have to be paid.

If you moved abroad this is a extraordinary cancellation. Therefore you will have to prove that you really left the country.
