Unwanted billing for undesired subscription


Hi everyone,

I was checking the invoice and in “Verbindungen & Services ” section appears an unjustfied amount of money, because I did not subscribe any service. Indeed, I cannot find any subscription on the O2 app or site. (I also checked the instruction at the following discussion  Abofalle, was tun? | O₂ Community ).

However checking an old cell message, it seems that I subscribed some “Unlimited o2 games”, which I am 100% sure never did. And this explain from that date why my bill increased. For this month there is an additional increasing of money in the same parameter of  “ Verbindungen & Services” and still I cannot see anything.

I really want to unsubscribe whatever the system did. There is some mod or someone to contact in order to solve this issue?

I’ve deactivated the Unlimited Games pack and entered a refund for the last two months into the system. If you have any further questions, please let us know..

Was there anything else activated? Because It seems I cannot see any subscription...this is really strange...together with the fact that is in some sense automatic.

there was nothing else booked there. I think the billingperiod of your contract and when the package is billed just overlapped in such a way the past month, that you had 7,99€ x 2 on your bill, which would make the 15,98€ that were there.
