I usually top up my o2 credit via bank app.
today (08.04.24) i top up 20 € not by “mobile refill” option but by repeating the last month transaction by “Transfer again” which was not so smart of me as i was in hurry.
so the cash got deducted and the payment was transferred successfully, but i did not received it in my O2 credit.
i believe the payment went to whatever o2 bank has for top pops but it somehow was not from mobile refill option so it failed to reach my credit.
in this scenario should i wait, the amount will be refunded itself by o2 authorities or i should contact o2 helpline?
