Respected Sir,

After i reaching germany, i was planned to take a sim from O2 because at that time i had no Wifi in my apartment, so i taken O2 unlimited pack.after purchasing the sim card when i reached home i saw 2 simcards with different numbers. Unfortunately it fell down and sims had changed. In which case i put the wrong sim with 4gb net in my phone.. Later i realised my mistake and changed the sim.from there own the bill was above 60euro per month which was not affordable for me. I tried to cancel the contract through online.. But it shows the contract will terminate only after October 2026..i dont know what to do.. Please help me to reach out of this situation.. And please kindly cancel the contract within these weeks... Thank you

Hello, @Kin1234

it's great that you're contacting us. I'm very sorry that there were inconveniences when concluding your contract.

Did you conclude the contracts online or in a shop?

Best regards,

Senay

@Kin1234 you could revoke/withdrawal (widerruf) the contract in the first 14days after you get the SIM.

After this 14days you could only cancel the contract at the end of its runtime, normally 24 months.

https://www.evz.de/en/shopping-internet/online-shopping/right-of-withdrawal.html

Important is that you use widerruf (withdrawal) and not Kündigen (cancel) in the letter…

Hello @Kin1234 🙂

Was the SIM card ordered more than 14 days ago or are you still within the withdrawal period?

Kind regards, Kathi
