the delivery of my product was unsuccessful


Hello! 

I had ordered a samsung s23+ without contract on 36 months installations. The order number is  XXXXXXX Unfortunately the delivery was not successful and the DHL personale has returned the device to o2. I received an email saying that my order will be automatically canceled and the amounts will be refunded. I, however, don't want to cancel the order and want to still buy the phone. It is highly possible that during the day time I might be at work. Is there any possibility to not cancel the order and try for deliver again? Or is there any possibility that I can still pick the phone up from DHL or o2 outlet on Monday?

…and then you have to organise the package reception at your home.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

As jsc has said, if the order is already on it’s way back and being returned to us, then you’ll have to reorder the phone. When it comes to the delivery, if you have the DHL App you should be able to track the arrival and then hopefully arrange for someone to be at home the next time.
