If you want to withdraw from an order that is currently still within the normal 14 day period to do so, then the easiest way to do so is by sending in your request to the designated e-mailaddresse. That would be the widerruf@cc.o2online.de .

Maybe your order was rejected, so thats why you dont receive any phones. 

But to be shure, use the Email:  widerruf@cc.o2online.de  to withdraw your order. Dont just quit the contract. It has to be “widerrufen” :)

did you withdraw your order via e-Mail?

In order to check for rejections, which are send by e-Mail, try to have a look at the Spam folder of your inbox.
