Still did not receive a prepaid flex tariff and it has been more than week


Me and my husband ordered two prepaid flex tariffs L via website. After filling in the form for the order, we were told that delivery will take 2-3 work days. It has been more than a week yet we still haven’t received the tariffs. The address was correct as well as our personal data. Would be great to get some help on this issue.

We are living at the address for 1,5 month and are registered there. Didn’t get a confirmation email about the order.

@heygirl Have you look in the Spam folder from you Email Provider? If I remember right, you must confirm your email address, before your order will processed.

I just checked the Spam folder - nothing there :( Should we try to order tariffs again?

@Joe Doe how long does it take to receive a confirmation email?

I’ve tried to order a tariff once again, doublechecked my data - no email yet. I also requested “resend confirmation link” few times, still no email. Spam and all other folders are checked as well.. (my domain is gmail)

I’m trying to order a prepaid flex tariff L via website. On the second step there is an information that I should confirm the order by the link that is sent to my email. Unfortunately, I have not received this email even after requesting it again and again. I’ve checked the spam folder as well. My email is at gmail.com.

O2 support, please help with this issue.

I found 2 prepaid-sim-cards that you ordered on the name of your friend and 2 prepaid-sim-cards that you ordered on your name. 

 

I regret that the sim-cards did not arrive at your address. 

 

I have now ordered the delivery of the sim-cards to your address again. Please make sure that your name and the name of your friend is written on the letter-box. 

 

I hope that this time the sim-cards will arrive.
